Pose: Puppy Pose
Start on all fours and make sure you’re shoulders are directly above your wrists and your hips are above your knees. Walk your hands out towards the front of the mat while keeping your hips aligned with your knees. Allow a slight curve in the back and rest your head on the floor or a blanket. Breathe here stretching the spine and staying active through the arms by pressing down.
