HW: Fire Flow.
Fire Breath ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥Begin in sukasana & take a few rounds of Fire breath. To achieve this definately blow your nose 🤪 deep inhale in, exhale out through your nose & continue exhaling exhale exhale as the inhale is automatic. Do this for a few rounds. Even up to 100 or more. Around 10 is awesome as well.
From plank position roll up onto the left side foot & either stack your right ontop or place infront of your left left for support. Extend your arm up to the sky or onto your hip whatever is super comfortable 🥰 core engaged, spine long, legs firm, strong arms. Then deep breath in, shooting exhales out 10x.
