Reverse prayer hands:
This is an excellent wrist stretch. While sitting in an easy pose, or lotus pose, place your hands in prayer near your heart center. Flip your palms to the outside and press the backs of your hands together. You can also tilt your fingers towards your chest, keeping your wrists engaged. The third option is to twist your wrists and point your fingertips downward. Once finished shake out your wrists.
