Boat Pose Come into a seated position with the legs stretched out in front. Bend the knees keeping the feet flat on the floor. Inhale and straighten through the spine, engaging the core. On the exhale, lean back and lift the feet off the floor bringing the shins parallel with the mat and the arms out in front. Stay here balancing on the sit bone. Or for a bit more of a challenge you can straighten the legs.
