    EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple and effective form of meridian energy therapy that releases block emotions. It uses the same energy points used in acupuncture that’s why some people call it “acupuncture without needles”

    We’ll be tapping with our fingertips on certain key natural comfort points on the body. While tapping, we said and acknowledge how we feel following with positive affirmations.

    You can do this practice for 10 minutes up to an hour, the longer you do it the better results you will have. You can be as creative as you want with your affirmations.

    In this video I used these points:

    Karate Chop point
    Around the eyes
    Top of the mouth
    Under the mouth
    Collarbone point
    Under the arm
