HW: EFT
I didn’t have anything consciously bothering me when I recorded this video, as I had practiced my EFT two times earlier and had released uncomfortable energy. Regardless, I still felt the energy rise even higher after this round. I love EFT.
P.S. The http://www.EFTInterational.org site has a free EFT manual when you sign up for their emails. It’s a nice little manual to reference that I found earlier today.
