HW Day 5: Seated Eagle
Cross the right leg over the left and try to overlap your knees as far as it still feels comfortable. Make sure that your seat bones are both on the floor and your spine is up right, if you want you can engage mulabanda. Open your arms wide and cross the left arm over the right. Bring your hands in prayer position and draw your elbows up while your thumbs look towards you but move away from your face. Look beyond your hands as far as possible like an eagle. With your next breath draw the air in from that distance in and become aware of the space that surrounds your body.
