HW Day 4: Pranayama
As everything in life the breath is cyclic. It allows us to recieve and release. So when we observe the breath we can become aware of its transformative nature. So breath in new possibilities and breath out everything that is ready to be transformed. We will do 9 rounds of alternate nostril breathing, which has the benefit to balance the left and right brain activity. Connect your index finger and your thumb of your left hand and relax it on your thie. Bend the index and the middle finger auf your right hand and block your left nostril with your ringfinger . Inhale at the count of 8, retain the breath for 8 seconds and breath out during the count of 8. Let’s get started 🙂
