    From laying on your back lift your legs gently over your head, curling your spine vertebra by vertebra until they reach the floor behind your head. Engage your legs and arms to support your spine. Relax your neck and integrate your shoulder plates. Become aware of your breath as you slightly move from side to side to find the ideal position for your spine to open.
