Wild Thing Pose (Camatkarasana)
🦄From downdog, raise the right leg bending at the knee, gently turn the chest and hips upward.
🦄Twist the rooting foot. Take the right hand off the mat, extending it upward and behind, while landing the right foot firmly on the ground with the knee bending.
🦄Gently throw the head back.
🦄The torso along with the neck is in a backbend.
