Reverse Plank + Extended Leg (Purvottanasana)
🌷begin in Staff Pose
🌷Draw your hands slightly behind your hips, with fingers pointing forward. Inhale.
🌷Exhale. Press hands and feet on the floor, lift your hips high, keeping your legs straight and all 10 toes touching the ground.
🌷if possible, draw the head backward, gazing behind you.
