    Reverse plank. Here we’re going to work on a reverse plank. Sitting with you legs straight in front of you, place your hands next to you with your fingers facing your feet. On your inhale you will lift your hips as high as you can and if it’s available to you you can lay your head back. Inhale … and lift … and make sure all 10 toes are touching the ground. If this is a position that is challenging for you, you may need to work up to it, and one way is by practicing a bridge. In a seated position, bend your knees with feet flat on the ground and places your hands flat next you you with your fingers facing your toes. Inhale. . . And on you exhale lift your hips as high as you are able. Hold here for three breaths … and lower
