Start by cleansing and washing the face and hands, with a gentle cleanser. Next use an oil to moisturize the skin and allow your hands and fingers to massage your face smoothly, with light pressure start massaging the face with your fingers anywhere that feels right for you, you can start at the jaw, temples, in between the eyebrows stroking the skin and doing circles clockwise, recommended to always lift the skin up while massaging if you can, from the lower jaw up and out to the ears, up the smile lines, up the cheeks and up the forehead. Gently circling and tapping the eyes under and upper lids and plumping the nose pressing up and out lifting the nose. Lifting yo under the jaw towards the ears. Don’t forget the neck also lifting upwards and possibly using a guasha to open the lymph nodes up the jaw towards the ear and then down the neck each side towards the armpits. Take as much time to get to know your face here and where you hold tension. Visualize you letting go of the tension as you massage bringing more blood and flow to the face making you look younger and glowy and radiant.
