Spinal Twist
- Begin seated in Staff Pose (Dandasana) extending the legs out in front of you.
- Inhale and raise the right foot, place it on the outside of the left knee.
- Exhale and ensure the foot is firmly placed on the floor pressing all four corners of the foot.
- Inhale. Bring the right hand to rest on the floor behind you and push the right thigh towards your chest with the left elbow placed on the right knee.
- While pushing the thigh, exhale and turn towards the right as you twist the torso.
