Revolved Reclined Big Toe Pose (Parivrtta Supta Padangusthasana)
🌻Lay down on the mat facing the sky.
🌻Inhale. Bring your left leg straight up and hold your toes with your right hand.
🌻Exhale. Bring your left leg to your right side, on the floor, continue holding the toes.
🌻Twist your spine, first facing the right, and then straighten your left arm in a T position .
🌻Gaze to your left side.
