Location: top of the head
Colour: violet or white
The crown chakra represents a state of higher consciousness. When in balance we feel completely at peace and at one with the world. When out of balance we can feel cynical, close minded, and a disconnection spiritually. In yoga we can help activate and balance the crown chakra through aromatherapy, affirmations, and silent meditation.
Yoga poses: headstand, rabbit pose, three pose, lotus pose
