HW: Core Training Yoga Sequence
Having a strong core is so important for every aspect of your life, including yoga. Having a strong core prevents back pain, improves posture & helps your balance in all of your yoga poses. In this core strengthening exercise you lie on your back with your legs & arms extended straight up. Using your core to lift your upper body up, reach your hands toward your toes. Stay conscious of your back, keeping it flat against the floor. Remember to breathe during your core exercises. For an easier option you can have your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. You can also have your hands behind your head while doing this crunch motion.
