    Full Side Plank;
    Roll onto your right side. Come up into a side plank by placing the right hand to the mat. Using your left arm for support, extend the right arm, hand stacked under the right shoulder. Extend both legs straight, left foot stacked on top of the right foot. Lift your left hand to the sky, stacked in a straight line with your right arm. Lift the hips up toward the sky, then relax. Repeating this pulse 10 times.
