    Camel Variation:
    Start sitting on your knees. Shift your hips to the right off of your feet. Both feet will be angled to the left. Place your right hand to behind your right hip. As you breathe in lift your hips and arch your back. Swing the left hand over your head and if available drop your head back opening the heart.
