HW: Chi Flow Vinyasa
The Chi Flow practice is very relaxing. The breathing technique is different from yoga. You inhale through your nose and breathe out through your mouth letting your breath sound like you are shushing someone Take your hips to the right and your right hand is behind you on the floor. You inhale and take your left hand over to the back. You exhale and come back to the starting position. We do this three times and repeat on the left
