HW: Chi Flow Vinyasa
Mountain Pose
Chi breath – inhale deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth making a Shh sounds that is drawn out.
Arm motions – inhale fingers curl in and hands move up the front of the body. On the exhale the fingers straighten and the arms push out to the sides at shoulder height and come back around to meet in front.
Stand at the front of the mat with feet hip distance apart, grounding into the feet. Shoulders are down and back, lifting the chest and tailbone tucked under. Arms are resting at the sides. We will move through several rounds of Chi breath with the hand motions.
