HW: Chi Flow Vinyasa
Relaxing Chi Gong with Yoga ❤️ Camel pose, Ustrasana # 30dayyogachallenge, day 30. Very relaxing, and nice to do at the end of the day. Can give you new energy and simply make you relax in body and mind.
> Chi Gong uses a unique breath here: breathing in through the nose, and exhale out through the mouth (the sound when you exhale from the mouth, sounds like you are saying hush as for example if you are in the library). Breath out all the air from the stomach.
Camel pose: Sit down on the mat. Take your hips over on the left side. And both feet go over to the right side. The inner thigh and hip get a good stretch here. Take your left arm behind your left hip, and inhale, lift your hips and gently bend back. Opens up the front of the hip flexors and chest. Use the Chi gong breath here. Inhale through the nose on the way up, and exhale with a hushing sound out through the mouth on the way down. Do it some repetitions, and do the other side ❤️ Relax, stress down, get more energy. Because you deserve it. Because you deserve all that is good in life ❤️❤️❤️
