Sit with legs crossed in Easy Pose.
Ground into earth, feeling the connection.
With base of palms touching, spread fingers to make shape of a lotus and hold to heart in a receiving gesture. Pinkies and thumbs are touching.
Breathe in and out, contemplating a receptive state of mind.
Remain for at least two minutes.
Slowly open your eyes and return to your day.
