Solar Plexus Chakra, Manipura ( or “lustrous gem”)
The solar plexus chakra is the seat of your willpower, the ego & confidence, as well as your warrior energy. It is of the color yellow, as of your inner sun.
It is located within your belly & can be “fired up by strengthening your core.
Sun salutations while concentrating on your balance in connection to your core muscles will activate this chakra. Some other common poses to align this chakra are Full Boat Pose (Paripura Navasana), Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) & Bhujangasana (cobra pose).
Meditation: Visualize a fire in the center of your belly & repeat “I grow my inner fire. I believe in myself” while placing your hands on your solar plexus chakra.
