Heart Chakra- Chakra #4- The Heart Chakra (Anahata) denoted by the color green, colors our life with compassion, love, and beauty. Driven by the principles of transformation and integration, the fourth energy center is said to bridge earthly and spiritual aspirations. I personally have always had a huge capacity for giving love. I am happy to give a hug, a kind word, or be there if you need compassion. My empathy, and empathic nature, have always been very open. What I have worked on and blown wide open is my ability to receive love. I have been guarded in a sense since young childhood, due to traumas, to receive love fully. I want my students to open their hearts to the beauty of this world, I want them to be able to experience this life with their hearts wide open, both giving and receiving the love that is swirling throughout our world.
