HW: Chakra #3, Solar Plexus Chakra
Solar Plexus- Chakra#3- The Solar Plexus (Manipura) is characterized by the expression of will, personal power, and mental abilities. It is located in the upper belly and is mobilized when we assert ourselves in the world. The Solar Plexus color is Yellow. For me personally I have had to work hard to heal this Chakra. My confidence took a nosedive after the birth of my son. I have since learned that I have deeper wounds associated with this Chakra. During the workout series I had a breakthrough, and a breakdown. I unblocked a large block of energy and healed a huge, old, wound. It was beautiful. It is an important Chakra for my students to heal and activate so they have confidence in themselves in the world. They know their worth and can say they are powerful and know how to express themselves in life.
