    Cow Face Pose and Eagle Arms

    Gomukhasana Garudasana

    Sit with left leg over the right, knees stacked. The farther from your body the feet are the deeper the stretch. Let’s be careful with the knees here.

    Twist arms with left elbow on top of right elbow, palms together if available in eagle arms.

    Breathe in and out.

    Bend forward to place arms in front of knees and rest body on legs. We are looking to relax into stretch here.

    Stay as long as you like.

    We will repeat on the opposite side.
