    Lie flat on your back with the knees bent. Lift the legs in the air with the knees bent at 90 degrees and wider than hip distance. Reach up and grab the soles of the feet and pull the legs down to the outside of the chest. Gently rock back and forth to give yourself a gentle back massage.
