Day 26: Side Bend
Side Bend Left & Right
Begin in a seated position on the ground with your feet in front of you. Slide your legs as far out to the side as you can. Rise your left arm towards the sun.Bending your body towards your right side, if possible grabbing the top of your foot to bring yourself closer to the earth.With your right arm, slide it down towards your left leg opening up the shoulders. Having your focus either in front of you or slowly moving your gaze towards the sky. Taking your time to feel this stretch opening up your body. Release and repeat the same practice on the other side.
