HW: Bedtime yoga
Yoga before bed can really help with sleep and relaxation
We will be opening the hips and stretching the hamstrings
Crossing the right knee over the left knee coming into Gomukhasana, also known as cow face pose
The knees are stacked and pressing the feet away from you will go into a deeper stretch
You should feel this in the left hip if the left leg is on the bottom
if you want less of a stretch, bring the feet closer to you, or you could always put a pillow under your bottom
Inhale lengthen the spine open the arms wide
Exhale crossing the arms over, right arm underneath, winding them round into eagle pose
pressing the fingers up to the sky and the hands away from the face
breathing into the shoulders
