    I thoroughly enjoyed the Bed Yoga series. I did it early in the morning to start my day and it was an invigorating way to gently start movement for the day. I found that when I started the day with this Bed Yoga series I tended to move more, and more easily, throughout the day. I definitely will continue this practice of starting my day with some gentle Yoga in bed.
