HW: Bed Yoga
I really enjoyed the bed yoga series. It was a fun way to relax and stretch out the muscles before bed. I often forget how much we put our bodies through during the day and it was a fun way to take some time for myself and reconnect to my body. I slept much better and woke up more refreshed the next morning after practicing bed yoga. I am making a point to practice bed yoga on a regular basis now.
