    I really appreciate the bed yoga series. Developing a regular night time routine is an important component of sleep hygiene – which seems to often be neglected by many. I think it is hard for many people to disconnect from technology and to spend time preparing for bed. I like the options provided in this course for self massage. For me personally, I enjoyed the wide leg stretches. After my day, spending some time doing some stretches really helps me feel like I can let go of the day. It helps me tune in to what I’m experiencing in the moment and if there’s anything else I’m needing before sleep.
