    For me, bed yoga is a wonderful tool for both relaxation before sleep and for gently warming up the muscles before taking that first step up from the bed. My current favorite are cranial and facial massages. On their own, they deeply relax my muscles and entire being from head to toe, making for the most fantastic, relaxed feeling before drifting off to sleep.

    That’s the best! i also do that cranial and facial massages in bed yoga. it’s the best !!🙏♥️💫🥰
