Start in mountain pose with the feet together. Sit back in chair pose. Pull in you belly and pull up your toes. Put your weight in your heels. Back is straight and you take your arms up exhale and bring your arms down with flexed elbows and back up. We do this five times. Come back up and bend back to counterbalance this pose and than prayer to the heart
