Begin in a table top position Lift your left leg back behind you and raise the opposite arm out in frontIf comfortable, you may reach that arm back for your foot bringing you into an opening stretchRelease and begin the crunchesExhale reaching your right arm forward and your back leg out Inhale and bring your knee to the chest meeting with your elbowEngage the core here then exhale to releaseRepeat on the opposite side to balance ourselves outReturn into child pose as you complete todays practice
