HW: Arms balancing seires
Crow pose:
– Palms are flat on the gorund, shoulder width apart – using a finger bandha, this mean gripping the mat with your fingers, locking them in- lift hips as much as you can and bend the elbows – if you are just starting out in crow, then have you knees wide apart- squeeze your knees into the outside of the triceps – 1st variation – lift one leg at a time, lift the right leg, then the left leg – engage the core – if you need to keep elbows bent thats fine, but if you can, try and straighten the elbows- lets try both legs, squeeze the knees into tricpes, engage the core, lift right leg, hold, now lift the other leg- gaze is infront, everything is strong- slowly release
