Settle yourself into sukasana easy pose for a beautiful wrist release.Lengthen your spine & interlace your fingers relaxing at your wrists surrendering to the gentle guiding press of one hand for a few soothing breaths. Then alongside to the other side. Relax. Release be very mindful of the depth you press your wrist too & feel this with grace running through you. It’s immensely helpful after such exercises as arm balancing. Especially if you’re new to the practices.
