Handstand Hops
Sanding with the feet hip distance apart. Fold forward into a forward bend with the palms flat on the mat. You can bend the knees slightly or place the hands on blocks if needed to ensure the hands are flat.
Start by rocking forward onto the hands and rock back. Engage and lock in the shoulders as you rock forward and grip into the mat. As you rock forward onto the hands lift the heels. And as you rock back drop the feet and move the hands forward slightly.
Continue all the way along the mat and back.
