HW 4th day: Pranayama – Breathwork
Nadi Shodhana (Alternate nostril breathing)
🌬 Start in a comfortable seated position and connect with your breathing.
🌬 Put your left hand in your left knee or rested in your lap.
🌬 With your right hand, place both your indicator and middle finger in your third eye chakra.
🌬 Cover your right nostril with your right thumb.
🌬 Inhale through your left nostril for 8 seconds.
🌬Hold your breath for 8 seconds. Remove your thumb from your nostril and cover the left nostril with your ring finger.
🌬Exhale for 8 seconds from your right nostril. Inhale from the same nostril for 8 seconds. Hold for 8 seconds.
🌬Repeat this cycle at least 5 times.
