HW 30DYC Day 19- Arm Balance Series
Before starting arm balance practice (like the handstand as I show in the wall inversion HW, or craw pose) it is always important to warm up your shoulders, neck and back. Cat-cow pose is an ideal way to do that as you bring more weight on your arms and wrist. If you have weak wrists or sore hands you can shift your weight more backwards by placing your hands on blocks; or by shifting your pelvis backwards.
In this video I illustrate Cat-cow from minut 1.30 till 5.00
And Low lunge switch as an arm strength and shoulder balance builder
