HW: 3 Stage Energy Ascension Diet
I read the book and really enjoyed all the recipes and how easy they are! I’ve used a few now but my favourite recipe in the 3 Stage Energy Diet Detox Program was the Raw or low carb Mediterranean Wraps!
It was so fresh and light and the crunch from the cucumber was perfect. I added tuna and the avocado made it nice and creamy too. It was easy and quick to make with lots to store for leftovers and the perfect lunch or small snack. I used lettuce wraps though kale would be healthier I enjoy romaine more. I also love adding sprouts but I love broccoli or pea sprouts the most. I think I’ll add celery next time.
