HW:🌊Fluid Power Flow.
Settle into sukasana & take a moment to deeply connect with your breath flow. Your natural flow. Inhale seated wide legged split. Open up both legs as far as comfortable & stable for you. Exhale spine straight, sitbones rooted. Engage the toes up & in towards your knees to stabilise. Inhale arms out to the side breathe fluidity into your being, gliding, flowing, glowing out, around, up & down from your midline. Root sitbones & flow the rest of your body however comes through you. Listen to this beautiful body of yours. Hear the rhythm of the waters within you 🙏
