HH: Eyes Closed Vinyasa
Eyes closed vinyasa is a very powerful practice. Please sit with your legs straight on the ground. Now let’s críos your right leg over your left leg. Thy to get your knees aligned. The closer your feet are to your hips the less pressure you put on your body. Gradually and with practice you will get them further apart. Please your hands in prayer in front and let’s twist to the left and bring your elbow to your knee. Use subtle pressure against your knees to twist a little more. And don’t forget to breath. Let’s come back to the center. Peddle out your legs and let’s do this sequence on the other side
