Day 8: Mantra Vinyasa Flow
Tree Pose (Vrksasana)
🌴Start in Tadasana (mountain pose).
🌴Place the base of your right foot in your left ankle/calf/thigh.
🌴Turn the right knee out.
🌴Make sure the standing leg is straight and grounded and your pelvis is in neutral position.
🌴Bring your palms in prayer in front of your heart.
🌴Focus on a fixed point and on your breathing.
🌴When you’re centered and breathing deeply, bring your palms together over your head.
🌴If you feel strong and balanced, go on and open your arms and hands, receiving all and in gratitude.
