    From Staff Pose bring one foot behind you into Hurdlers Pose. Move your straight leg a bit outward to make space for your hips. Keep your spine straight as you direct your tailbone towards the earth. Massage with your right hand your right hip. Make yourself comfortable as you observe your breath.
