Come onto your knees, hip distance appart. Bring your hands to your lower back to support your spine. When bending backwards engagae your thights and booty and open your heart towards the sky. Elongate your spine as your body finds the joy of moving backward and forward into a neutral spine position. Be gentle with your flexibility, it is all about feeling good in your body.
