    Crane Pose (Bakasana)

    1. Start in Uttanasana (forward fold). exhale and place the palms on the floor in front of your feet, with elbows slightly out.

    3. Bring the knees close to the armpits and the upper arms.
    4. While doing this, come to stand on your toes, and adjust the knees to make sure they are comfortable in the armpit area.
    5. Inhale, bend the torso forward, putting the weight on the wrists and the arms, pull the belly in.
    6. Exhale. Lift the feet together off the floor.
    7. If available, straighten your arms.
    8. To help with the balance, look down.
