Day 18 HW: Eyes Closed Vinyasa
Lay on your back and close your eyes. Bring your legs into the louts position and your arms into fish pose by puting your hands and elbows below your back. Rise your heart up and away from your shoulders. Feel the energy from the heavens in your heart and feet as well as the grounding to the earth through your hands and tailbone. Enjoy the connection as you breathe deeply.
