Day 17 HW: Journey into the heart
Guide yourself into Cobra pose. Elongate your spine as you lift your heart towards the sky. Drop your shoulders and rise your neck up and away. With the support of your grounded arms and pubic bone stretch even further as you bring your toes towards your head. Go only as far as your breath allows. Move gently with your breath into the most comfortable position in this pose.
